Return Policy

Our return policy is very simple: if you aren't satisfied with a printed pattern you have bought from this web site — for any reason — return it to us within 60 days of purchase and we'll refund your money. Electronic patterns/floss labels are not refundable.

If the pattern is not received back in new condition a restocking fee of 20% will be applied. A pattern returned from a smoking household is not in new condition. You MUST enclose reinforcing cardboard and mark the envelope "Do not bend". Mail to:

If you use UPS, you should pack the pattern in a box. You are responsible for damage to items shipped UPS in an envelope.

Orders paid by credit card are refunded by issuing a credit to your card. Orders paid through a PayPal account are refunded through PayPal. Orders paid by a check or money order are refunded by check.
