Ophelia, driven mad by her unrequited love for Hamlet, sits on a willow trunk overhanging a lake filled with water lilies, twining flowers into her long, loose hair. She wears a white gown with gold jeweled cuffs and a gold girdle. She has a pile of daisies in her lap. We also offer a pattern showing just her head and arms (see WAT004-D). (Pre-Raphaelite, 1894)
