A painting from the tomb of Nebamun showing him hunting birds in the marshes of the Nile along with his wife Hatshepsut and their young daughter. A tawny cat is hunting birds as well, possibly a pet or a symbol of the sun god. The marsh is full of lotus flowers, tall grass, butterflies, and fish. The Garden of Nebamun makes a good companion to this. (About 1350 BC)
