Ornately dressed noblemen and women hunting with falcons. The lead horseman carries a falcon on his wrist and is gazing intently ahead. The man following him is sharing his horse with a lady and is turned to talk to her. A man on foot carries two more falcons. Dogs and more people fill the scene, and the background is of leaves and flowers. This is a small portion of the Falconry tapestry from the Devonshire Hunting Tapestries. (about 1425-1450)
