We have two pattern awards to announce this month! The first is Surprised! Tiger in a Tropical Storm - Henri Rousseau (introduced last month), suggested by Melanie Hall of Austin, Texas. The second is The Harvesters - Pieter Bruegel (shown below. It was suggested by Darcee Barnes, of Sandy, Utah. Both ladies have been sent copies of their patterns to thank them for the suggestions -- and we'll say it again: Thank you!

New Credit Cards

We are now accepting three additional credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, and JCB (in addition to Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). We will also continue to accept PayPal, checks, and money orders (paper or electronic). As always, if you want to pay with a check or money order, you can go through the online checkout and specify check or money order as the form of payment OR add items to the cart and then print an order form to mail in.

New Sanity Checks on Your Orders

We have added a few checks for consistency to the retail checkout process. We will warn you if you

• have a mixture of regular and large print patterns
• have floss labels for some patterns and not others
• have different numbers of label sets for different patterns
• have more than one of the same pattern

We will display the cart contents so you can review them before proceeding with checkout. If everything is right, just hit Continue. If you have something you didn't intend, you can go back and correct the cart contents. (None of this applies to wholesale checkout.) In the past we have emailed customers if it appeared that they might have made a mistake in their orders, but that delays order processing, so now there's just a quick "hey, did you mean this?" as you check out!
