We have a pattern award this month! Lisa H. from Issaquah, Washington suggested The Garden of Earthly Delights - Hieronymus Bosch (shown below), and we've sent her a copy of the pattern. (She wasn't the first person to suggest it, but our email to the first person bounced. We've added color swatches to the floss labels! Here's what they look like:



This will help make sure that when you're finished stitching with a symbol, that you don't put the floss back on the wrong bobbin. (This is mostly a problem with blends, where you may be returning the floss to an empty bobbin.) It is also helpful in finding the bobbin you need, if you have a lapful of bobbins.

Incidentally, we have also changed to a label material that is supposed to stick better to plastic. It does ... if it's smooth plastic. If you have plastic bobbins that have uneven divots left by the manufacturing process, you may still have to press the labels down a few times before they permanently adhere.
