One of our new patterns this month, Winter Landscape, Effect of Snow - Paul Gauguin was the suggestion of Sherri Acres, from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We've sent her a copy of the pattern to thank her for her suggestion.

Visit Ramblings for a great idea sent to us by a reader on how to make a needle book. The idea in a nutshell is to have enough needles so you never need to unthread them, and to store them in a book with felt pages using our floss labels to identify each needle. The article includes pictures of her needle book and some sources for bulk needles.

The Online Needlework Show is happening this month, running from April 19-24th. While this is a wholesale show, it is open to the public for viewing, and it's a great way to see what's new from your favorite designers, or find new favorites!
