Marjorie, Hot Springs Village, AR 28-count white Jobelan over 2
“I am stitching 2 over 2 on 28 ct. White Jobelan, and absolutely adore working on this. As you can see, I’m not even half way done, and I’ve already ordered another pattern. I have elderly neighbors who frequently knock on my door and announce "We’re here to view the Fruit Lady". I’ve stitched on large projects for many years, but will admit this is the largest, most detailed pattern I’ve done, and now I’m hooked on the "mega size". It did take awhile getting used to all the blending, but once you begin to see the ‘painted like’ results, all the effort is worth it. I follow color areas, rather than working row by row. It’s interesting to read the tips section to see how other people are doing these large projects. Keep up the great designs, Scarlet Quince !”

“After reading your latest newsletter, it dawned on me I’d not sent a recent photo of Fruit. I’m so enjoying this project ;)”

“I love Fruit, or as we call her "The Fruit Lady"...I stitched for the better part of 10+ months. It is perfect in our living room. I adore Scarlet Quince patterns, and am now working on Alphonse Mucha’s "Summer".”
