Stitched by Robert Goleman, Fort Bragg, California on 18-count ivory aida
November 8, 2011 “I wanted to send you a photo of my first Scarlet Quince pattern completed (Apples in a Tin Pail by Levi Wells Prentice). Stitching began on September 29, 2010, and was finished on November 5, 2011 - working an average of 2 hours a day. The detail is incredible - especially the reflection in the tin pail. I loved working on it, and can't wait to begin the next one (Violin and Music by William M. Harnett) to hang above my piano when it's completed. Thanks again for your fabulous patterns and your wonderful website! I'll send you an updated photo of the Apples in a Tin Pail once it's framed. (There is one extra stitch in the upper right hand corner... I got carried away in the first row...)”
