Stitched by Stacie Martin, Fort Wayne, Indiana on 16-count aida
“I had so much fun stitching Degas’ “Dancers in Pink”. This project took me around 2 years to complete (on and off), and is the most extensive pattern that I have ever done. The photo doesn’t do it justice, this picture really “pops” in person. I wish you could feel how heavy this picture was when I was done. It was like a thick tapestry. Absolutely fabulous. I have just started “The Mirror” by Sir Frank Dicksee which I won from the pattern suggestions. Don’t have much of it completed, but as always am very impressed with the pattern.”
